Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video. Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless defective.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
